As much as i and everyone else hates to be the bearer of bad news, i'll just say it out. Our school's NCC unit might get Silver instead of Gold for BUC. I said "might", because we still have our Proficiency Test, our Heritage Trail which we did today, and our Marksmanship Competition. So hopefully, we'll get Gold. If not, we would lose our chance to get Gold for 10 years running. Our first time that we actually MIGHT get Silver. We have never been so close to losing this much before. I promise, that when we take over, we will train the entire company like hell. We can't afford this another time.

Sea competition was performed really badly. We had last place 3 times in just one day. Our first time actually getting LAST place! I don't blame Vernon, many of us said we were undertrained. Same goes to the Orienteering team who had very few trainings, and the Bends & Hitches team which had only 2 or 3 trainings. Part B's got 6th postition and Part A's got 4th. Very close. Although Part B's got 6th, both A's and B's just needed 2 points to get the Bronze Medal, to help with the Gold award for the company.

National Heritage Train today. The purpose was actually that it was a Bonus for the BUC. It was really fun, honestly. We went around Little India, something like the Amazing Race. We just had to know the history of a certain place and answer a question. So far we had all correct. There was a prize for the first team that finished. We were supposed to be 2nd, but our Sergeant said we should rest a while and buy drinks and chui air-con in the Food Court. So we did and we went back to the Last Station that we went to. Apparently, the team hadn't even reached yet. So we reki-reki walk walk slowly and reached back at Farrer Park MRT Station as the last team because the other team went back, my guess, without completing the Quiz thing. There was this Parrot Astrologer at one of our checkpoints that, when coaxed out of the cage, picked out a card or something that tells you your fortune. Though not neccessary, we realised in the end and a Part A just lost $3 because of that, another Part A (i can't remember his name, damn) went for the fortune telling thing, and it talked about him having a marriage in the family and talks about his children or something. According to Sergeant, he has a "very bright future ahead of him, and should look forward to it." Awesome, the Trail was.

Many things which i do not wish to share, at the very least not on my blog, happened. About Ma'm Toh (during Sea Competition) and Sergeant Ronald (during Heritage Trail).

I really hope that we will win the Gold. I pray to God that we would. Prayer helps very effectively, especially if you help youself too. =D

One recommended Chinese song (in han yu pin yin, cause my computer can't type Chinese words): nan ren nu ren (man woman). I don't know who sand it. Inspired from Sir Teng and Ms Lee Shiao Pei. Sir should join Singapore Idol. Damn nice song. Now all the NCC guys like to suan him. All whistle the song on play it on the phone in front of him. Haha. But damn nice.
